Welcome to the Puainta website and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing, browsing, creating an account, or purchasing products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please stop using the Services.

1. Key Points Overview

· We provide pet daily care and nutritional support products and e-commerce services. Website content is for general information and does not constitute veterinary advice.

· We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on products (see our Return and Refund Policy for details).

· To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as described in these Terms.

· If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact customer service first. Arbitration may apply in certain cases, but you may opt out of arbitration within 30 days.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

· Cancellation or pause: you may cancel in your account (if available) or contact us at service@puainta.com for assistance.

· Timing: to avoid the next charge, submit your cancellation request at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing time (processing times may vary by payment provider).

· Orders already in fulfillment are generally not cancellable. You may request a return or refund after receipt in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy.

6. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All content on our website (including text, images, trademarks, logos, videos, and software) is owned by Puainta or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Without prior written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or use such content for commercial purposes.

If you submit reviews, photos, videos, or other content, you represent that you have the necessary rights and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for display, marketing, and service improvement purposes, as permitted by applicable law.

· Interfering with website operations, bypassing security measures, scraping, or unauthorized data collection.

· Use products as directed. If irritation or adverse reactions occur, discontinue use and consult a veterinarian.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for delays or failures caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (such as carrier delays, network failures, or force majeure events).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim generally will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the relevant order, unless otherwise required by law.

12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration (If Applicable)

12.1 30-Day Arbitration Opt-Out

If you wish to opt out of arbitration, you may send us written notice within 30 days of the date you first agree to these Terms. Your notice must be titled "Arbitration Opt-Out" and include your name, the email address used for your order/account, your order number (if any), and a clear statement that you are opting out of arbitration.
